We follow a simple 5 step process designed to produce a fully customized map of your entire business featuring a step-by-step flowchart. This allows you to visualize your entire business at once and assign informed responsibility to your team as well as assign clear data points which will feed your KPI dashboard.
We also work with you and your team to build custom SOPs for every step of the process, ensuring repeatability throughout every step of your business.

While it may be tempting to view this as a “one and done” process, a well-built operational system is a “living document” meaning it must grow and adapt with the changes in your business, like a beautiful rose bush that requires pruning.
However, this process is much easier than the initial build, only requiring light weekly check-ins, monthly audits, and annual strategic reviews.

We use the term “consulting” because it’s technically how we’re classified, but what we offer is more hands-on We don’t stop until every aspect of your business’ operations are overhauled and optimized.

Unfortunately, you have to fire him to work with us. Just kidding, our team with decades of operational experience would work directly with your ops manager to make sure he or she is equipped with all of the necessary tools to strengthen your operations for the long haul. We’ll equip your ops manager to execute your new system through our process.

We would love that, but honestly that’s not our primary aim. We look to equip our clients to understand and tackle their business’ operations themselves with our guidance. So years down the road that may look like some affordable oversight, or maybe you want us to handle your operations so you never need a full-time ops manager, every business’ needs are unique. We keep that in mind.
