He offers a unique range of skill-sets to help our team achieve our operational success.

Our team was formed from a group of men with varying skill-sets in the business world who saw a recurring issue in the modern landscape of small business.
Many business owners start with the passion and vision needed to get a thriving business off the ground, but the need to scale, the need to optimize and build operational systems is a different skill set altogether. The current solutions available to them (Full-Time managers or traditional consultant offerings) were either cost-prohibitive or just fell short of the day-to-day engagement they needed.
We came up with a better solution— to take traditional operations consulting and overhaul it, reimagine it, and bring an entirely new solution to small business owners. You can call what we do business consulting if you like (it won’t hurt our feelings) but it’s truly much more than that. We’re the full-time integrators here to make your original vision long-lasting and durable.

Lessons Learned
If the COVID-19 season taught us anything in the small business world, it was this— that nothing is promised and that resiliency is not a prerequisite for guaranteed success but for survival. Many days, operating a small business is about survival. But for those who found a way, a niche, a creative skillset, and hunkered down, they survived. Thankfully, the tide has shifted a bit for small businesses and what was once an utter wasteland in 2020, is now a small business landscape showing signs of life and promise. Yet, an interesting phenomenon is at play, those who took their government handouts in 2021, content to wallow in the confines of video games, doordash, and endless marijuana consumption have now emerged bleary-eyed and ready to start their business up again. But where is the small business environment of 2018? It’s gone. Replaced by a new world that is ruled by those who did not give up and take the easy way out. Having stuck it out, they got stronger, they adapted, and they are now outpacing the old guard. Welcome to the new day of small business, where good enough no longer cuts it. Where the free lunch is no longer on the table and successful small businesses are now dynamic, hungry, and agile. These are the types of businesses we help build.
